Dr Mehrizi has selected among top 2% researcher in the World in Mechanical Engineering. Published more than 50 papers (cited more than 1646 times, H- index 24, Google scholar) in prestigious journals on experimental and computational fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, Nonlinear fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, interfacial fluids on macro- and nanoscales, and geothermal energy. He reviewed more than 260 papers for over 45 international journals and received the title of Excellent Reviewer and Recognized Reviewer by Web of Science and Elsevier. He secured 4 competitive foundations (e.g., Natural National Science Foundation of China, NSFC). He received the following awards:
•Top 2% Scientist in Mechanical Engineering (2024).
•Sichuan Province Foreign High-level Talent Award.
•2017-2018: International Students Academic Excellence Award-Peking University.
•Best Presentation Award for the oral presentation in ICMNHMTE 2017: 19th International Conference on Micro, Nanoscale Heat and Mass Transfer Engineering.
•The second prize of the Best Ph.D. Student of the Year awarded by the Association of Iranian Student Residing in Beijing.
•The award of the Top Master granted by Iran’s national elite foundation.
•Member of Young Researchers and Elite Club, Iran, 07-2008 till 07-2019
